Episode 28: His Mercy Is All That Matters

The power of God's mercy overcomes all. Has there ever been a moment in your life where you felt there was no reason left to live? The feeling of judgement and condemnation weighed heavy on me once. It was enough to make me question if God even loved me anymore.
I'm not the only one though and this is what is so heartbreaking in life. So many people have experienced more condemnation than love and more judgment that compassion.
We (and I always include myself) search for a way out, only to hear silence as we sit in darkness. But God...He is always there. I'm alive to tell my story of how I overcome. And so are you! God created us for a purpose. 
Join me as I share my heart on this issue and how we have the greatest of opportunity to lift others up instead of beating them down. We must have the heart of the Father.

Episode 27: Learning Styles

Do you know your learning style? Did you know that having a better understanding of your learning style can help you experience success in your business? Not only your learning style but the learning styles of those who work for you as well. 
Throughout my life I struggled with feeling like I wasn't smart enough to do great things like others. I always looked at this as my failures and didn't learn until later in life that it was just my inability to learn the same as others. 
I have always been a visual and auditory learner and the "book smarts" crowd always plagued me with defeat. It wasn't their fault and it wasn't mine. I just learned differently. And I didn't know how to identify that difference at the time. Years later I totally understand!

Episode 26: Unique and Purposed for Greatness

I believe whole heartedly and its one of the main things I teach...
"When you learn how to navigate through your weaknesses, your weaknesses then become your super power".
When we can learn to address the things that have held us captive both in heart and mind, then we can discover who we truly are, unique and beautiful with so much untapped potential and an ability to change the world one person at a time.

When we can move in a non-traditional way, we are creating something new. We are shaking up the norm and doing something amazing and great! 
We follow trends and fit the molds, never realizing that it was a unique, creative, non-traditional person who created something new and caused it to trend. Trends are created not by those who follow but by those who lead. 
It's time to tap into the power of "We were created to stand out" and understand that your uniqueness and creativity is what causes your business to thrive. 

Episode 24: The Heart Speaks

The words we speak are powerful and they also reveal the depths of our heart. 
Matthew 12:34b-37 says:
“For out of the overflow of the heart the mouth speaks.
The good man brings good things out of the good stored up in him,
and the evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in him.
But I tell you that men will have to give account on the day of judgement
for every careless word that they have spoken.
For by your words you will be acquitted,
and by your words you will be condemned.”

Finding the right resources and systems for our business can be a challenge sometimes. We often forget that it's not about conforming to someone else mold or following other peoples steps but it's about creating what fits in the perfect pattern of our business.

Episode 22: Love Your Enemies

In a world that is consumed by differences and hate, we struggle to love even those closest to us. Not that we don't want too but the offenses cloud our ability to receive. Our loved ones in a way become our enemy and we sit trying to figure out what happened and how did we even get to this place.
How can we love one another? The word of God tells us in Luke 6:27-36. Let's talk about this a little and I'll share a few of my personal experiences with you on this subject.

There are both Advantages and Disadvantages to Business Networking. Although we often see the disadvantages as something we dread, our awareness of them helps us to avoid such encounters because we have the power to change those situations. The advantages outweigh the possible negative interactions. 
Most importantly, networking should always be an opportunity to say "What can I do for you?", and not "What can you do for me?". The more you give, the more you have.

We all have a race to run; a purpose to complete, but will we get up and prepare for that race? I know God has great places He wants us to be and experience, and the one we are in now is one of those, but we can not move on to the next race until we have reached our current finish line.
Let these words encourage you and remind you today that you have a purpose to fulfill.

Episode 19: Fear of Failure

There are several reasons why businesses fail. Let's talk about two of the biggest ones that begin even before you can get started building. They are "Fear of Failure" and "Lack of Innovation". 
We are going to discuss both and why it is so important to identify these killers early on.
