Episode 45: Is the Customer Always Right?
Is the customer always right? This seems to become a very passionate debate every time I hear this question come up. Where did this phrase "The Customer is Always Right" even come from? What was the true intention from the heart of those that birthed this belief?
It's quite interesting how we seem to immediately insert our own personal experiences in order to come up with a viewpoint oaths question. Do we look at it from the employee perspective or the customer perspective? Who is right?
